Its compact structure allows for flexible angle and position adjustment during operation, making it suitable for space-constrained environments such as factories, warehouses, and narrow passages. When not in operation, the boom folds and retracts, significantly reducing the space occupied by the vehicle and facilitating navigation on urban roads and narrow stretches of road.

 

 

The cargo box of this truck mounted crane is constructed from high-strength steel, offering strong resistance to deformation and corrosion. Shot blasting removes rust, scale, welding slag, and cast skin from the steel surface, resulting in a clean, smooth surface that is ideal for subsequent painting and coating. Powder coating technology is employed, and the molecular structure of the powder coating allows it to form a chemical bond with the metal surface, improving the coating's adhesion. In contrast, traditional paint can peel or fade after repeated use.

 

 

Truck quality is crucial, as is transportation. If the necessary protective measures are not taken during transportation, severe rust and corrosion will occur. After production, our trucks are cleaned and waxed for surface protection. During transportation, we also cover the trucks with waterproof tarpaulins to protect them from seawater corrosion. Numerous transports have proven that cleaning the trucks, spraying them with anti-rust wax and grease, and then covering them with tarpaulins and placing them on board effectively protects them from corrosion.
