A client in the DRC contacted us wanting to purchase a dump truck. Based on his needs, we recommended the HOWO TX 8x4 Tipping Truck, whose specifications perfectly met his requirements. The only slight dissatisfaction was with the production time; the client hoped for delivery within 45 days. We did our best to meet his needs and ultimately completed production in just 42 days, earning his approval.

The reason we were able to complete production within 45 days was not only because we did our best to urge the factory to speed up the production process, but also because the advanced production technologies used by the factory played a significant role, such as automatic cutting and robotic welding technologies. To help our customers save costs, we used 315/80R22.5 tires. This tire specification has a lower initial investment, helping customers save money. In addition, it not only has a high load-bearing capacity and can adapt to various complex road conditions, but also performs well in terms of wear resistance and puncture resistance, effectively reducing the frequency of tire replacement and thus reducing long-term operating costs for our customers.

 

In addition to the tires, we replaced the bumpers with thicker metal ones, which are better suited to the local environment of DRC and protect the cab and critical vehicle components from damage caused by accidental collisions. At the same time, considering the complex road conditions in some areas of DRC, we also made targeted optimizations to the vehicle's suspension system, enhancing the vehicle's pass-ability and driving stability, ensuring a smooth ride even on bumpy roads.
