HOWO TX 430HP 10 Wheels Tractor Truck For Nigeria

In Abuja, the capital of Nigeria, Phase II of the Southern Ring Road, constructed by a Chinese company, has been successfully opened to traffic. This highway has significantly improved local traffic conditions and stimulated demand for logistics and transportation along the route. To enhance transportation efficiency, the project contractor proactively reached out to us through a referral. After detailed discussions and confirmation of specific operating conditions, we recommended the HOWO TX 430HP 10 Wheels Tractor Truck to the client. The tractor unit perfectly met the clients needs, and they quickly finalized the purchase of multiple units for the subsequent transportation of building materials and construction equipment for the project.

The HOWO TX tractor trucks delivered in this batch feature a powertrain configuration optimized for African road conditions. Equipped with a 430 horsepower engine paired with an HW19710 manual transmission, the vehicles offer high torque and low fuel consumption. The 430 horsepower engine delivers robust power, while the 10 speed transmission features a well balanced gear ratio, ensuring smooth shifting and high reliability. It is capable of handling the undulating roads in the hilly regions south of Abuja, meeting the power demands for heavy load starts and hill climbs. This mature and stable powertrain balances output performance with fuel efficiency, providing reliable support for the efficient transportation of project materials.

In terms of the load bearing system, this batch of vehicles demonstrates exceptional capability in handling heavy duty conditions. The front axle features a 9.5 ton class unit, while the rear axle is equipped with an MCP16ZG dual rear axle. Combined with a multi leaf steel spring suspension design 9 leaves in the front and 12 in the rear , this configuration creates a robust load bearing chassis. This configuration provides the vehicles with exceptional shock absorption and heavy load capacity, making them fully capable of handling the transportation of heavy materials such as sand, gravel, and asphalt on the future extension of the South Outer Ring Road and mining area roads, ensuring the vehicles remain stable and reliable even when fully loaded.

In addition, this HOWO TX tractor truck is equipped with an air deflector mounted on the top of the cab. When the tractor is paired with a semi trailer to transport cargo that exceeds the height of the cab, the air deflector helps reduce air resistance to some extent, thereby lowering fuel consumption and reducing transportation costs. This design is optimized for long haul transport conditions and is particularly well suited for driving on highways and major roads around Abuja, effectively reducing aerodynamic drag during high speed operation. In the long term, the addition of the air deflector helps improve the economic efficiency of fleet operations, resulting in lower fuel costs per ton kilometer for users.
