In August, a customer from the Democratic Republic of the Congo contacted us, looking to purchase a dump truck. The customer, a local transport company, was looking to acquire a brand new dump truck for hauling goods. Therefore, we added a front bumper in front of the cab to effectively reduce collisions and damage from obstacles like bushes, improving driving safety on complex roads. We also optimized the vehicle's suspension system based on the customer's needs, making it more adaptable to the local uneven road conditions and ensuring smooth transportation.

 

 

To increase the truck's range, we chose a large 600L fuel tank, eliminating the need for frequent refueling during long-distance transport. This significantly improves transport efficiency while also reducing the extra time and cost associated with refueling. This improvement enables the vehicle to better meet the demands of long-distance freight transport and enhances its competitiveness in the market.

 

 

Considering the local humid and rainy environment, we utilize shot blasting and electrostatic spraying during the manufacturing process of the cargo boxes. These two technologies effectively enhance the boxes' rust and corrosion resistance, ensuring they maintain a long service life and excellent appearance even in such a humid and rainy environment. This not only enhances the overall durability of the trucks but also reduces repair and replacement costs due to environmental factors, further improving the economic benefits and operational efficiency of the vehicles.
