SHACMAN X3000 6x4 10 Wheels 20000 Liters Sprinkler Truck To Zimbabwe

A customer in Zimbabwe found us through a Facebook search; he wanted to buy a water tanker truck. The SHACMAN X3000 sprinkler truck's tank body is made of 4mm thick, 5mm thick carbon steel plate, rolled and pressed in one piece to achieve a completely seamless form. The sub-beams are fixed to the chassis using U-bolts, and the tank body is welded to the sub-beams using reinforced side supports. The tank body can be selected with a single or multiple openings. The lower end of the central partition has through holes, and each compartment has a reinforced anti-surge baffle welded in the middle to reduce the impact of water inside the tank and improve rigidity. The tank body is coated with anti-rust paint and decorative paint. Red and white visual reflective strips are affixed to the tank body and all protective bars. The tank body color can be customized according to customer requirements.

 

 

The 20000 Liters sprinkler truck adopts an integrated design, with the piping assembly divided into 12 functional modules, each independent and combinable. Through the adjustment of pipeline valves, it integrates functions such as fire hydrant water filling, self-priming water filling, front flushing, rear spraying, gravity flow, water cannon, and circulation mixing. With meticulous attention to detail and optimized design, it utilizes a built-in process pipe system within the tank, integrating wiring, air supply, overflow, and high-level sprinkler hydraulic piping.

 

 

If vehicles are not properly protected during transport, severe rust and corrosion can occur. After production, the water tanker undergoes a thorough cleaning, is coated with rust-preventive wax and grease, and is covered with a waterproof tarpaulin before being placed inside the ship, effectively protecting the vehicle from corrosion.
