The HOWO sprinkler truck is equipped with a 20,000-liter tank and spraying system, offering stable overall performance and suitability for long-duration, wide-area operations. Not only does it boast strong power and pump output, but it also adjusts the volume and range of water sprayed, making it suitable for a variety of applications, including urban road cleaning and garden maintenance. The tank is constructed of 4mm thick carbon steel, and its double-layered bulkhead provides wave protection to mitigate impact on the liquid inside the tank during driving. It is equipped with a high-powered dedicated sprinkler pump, and features front flush, rear spray, side spray, and a rear platform with a landscape sprinkler cannon.

 

 

The 20000 liters sprinkler truck uses its engine power through a power take-off to drive an onboard sprinkler pump. This pump adds water from the water inlet or transfers water from the tank to the various sprinkler heads through pipes, thus achieving its various functions. Before the sprinkler pump can operate, the liquid level in the pump must be higher than the pump shaft. Therefore, the pump inlet must be connected to an upward-curving elbow, followed by a horizontal pipe and a quick-connect connector. The centerline of the quick-connect connector must be 300 mm above the centerline of the pump shaft.

 

 

The sprinkler truck's control system consists of two parts: the PTO gear shifting system and the water suction and spraying systems. There are two control methods: pneumatic and manual. The pneumatic PTO gear shifting system consists of a gear shifting mechanism, piping, valves, and indicator instruments. The manual system consists of a gear shifting mechanism, a joystick, a positioning mechanism, a transmission mechanism, and an indicator plate.
