In addition, the customer mainly transports high-density crushed stone and roadbed earthwork, which requires frequent crossings of potholed road sections with a full load of tens of tons, and heavy-load starts must be completed in slippery and steep quarries. These severe and mixed operating conditions place rigorous demands on a truck's chassis rigidity, off-road traversability, and powertrain performance.

 

 

To address the issue of underbody scraping, I have equipped the truck with large 12.00R24 tires, significantly increasing ground clearance to prevent the vehicle from getting stuck. When facing heavy loads, the 8+8 double-layer frame rails demonstrate exceptional torsional rigidity, even on rough and bumpy terrain. The upper body is matched with a cargo box made of 8-inch bottom and 6-inch side manganese plates, which ensures strength and prevents deformation even with frequent full-load use. The high-toughness manganese plates effectively resist wear and tear, and can guarantee the transport of 19 cubic meters of sand and gravel aggregate per operation.

 

 

The powertrain is driven by a 430-horsepower Weichai engine paired with an oil-bath air filter, offering highly efficient dust filtration and a high tolerance for varying local diesel fuel qualities.
