Our South Sudanese customer wanted a batch of SINOTRUK HOWO dump trucks to transport construction materials, the customer contacted us through our whatsapp, we quoted the price to the customer, the customer and we had several rounds of negotiation. The customer first placed an order for a SINOTRUK HOWO dump truck, wanted to see the overall situation of our vehicles, and then paid a deposit of 30%, the vehicle immediately finished production, the customer wants to come to China in the near future to actually inspect the vehicle. Recently, the customer and his friend came to China, we warmly received the customer and led the customer to visit our company and factory.

 

 

We took our customers on a tour of the vehicle manufacturing process at our plant. We introduced the raw material of our dump truck cargo box to the customer in detail. The cargo box of our dump truck is made of Q355 manganese plate, which has stronger bearing capacity, better impact resistance, less likely to be permanently deformed, and longer service life compared with carbon steel plate. At the same time, we also introduced to the customer that we also have other materials of the dump truck cargo box for customers to choose, such as wear-resistant plate and T700 high strength plate. Different materials are suitable for loading different goods.

 

 

Next, we also took our customers on a tour of the advanced production technology used in the making of our dump truck cargo box. Our containers are welded using advanced robotic submerged arc welding technology. Compared with the traditional submerged arc welding robot technology, it can significantly improve the adaptability to the shape of the box to be welded, and can easily complete the curve of the automatic submerged arc welding. The submerged arc gun head with integrated wire and flux delivery is compact and suitable for welding seams in restricted spaces. The submerged arc welding technology has automatic weld channel layout, which is especially suitable for multi-layer and multi-channel submerged arc welding. The weld seam of this technology is not only beautiful, but also more accurate than manual welding.
