The tank body is constructed of carbon steel, with an internal corrosion-resistant treatment. The tank has an elliptical cross-section, and the head is automatically spun using a CNC hemming machine, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance and high strength. The barrel is constructed using longitudinal butt-jointed panels welded using fully automatic gas shielded welding. After paneling, the panels are rolled using a plate rolling machine for superior straightness. The barrel and head are butt-jointed with full penetration welding, and internal waveproof board is installed to mitigate impact of the liquid on the head and barrel.
