The HOWO sprinkler truck is equipped with a front nozzle with a flat, narrow outlet. When water flows through, it forms a thin, wide, fan-shaped water curtain. The most crucial component of a sprinkler truck's piping system is the water pump. The pump contains an impeller and lacks a built-in cooling system. Dissipation is primarily achieved by the water in the tank flowing into and out of the pump. If the pump is empty and idling, high temperatures and high pressures can result, leading to leakage from the bearing seals. This can cause water in the pump's water jacket to enter the gearbox, damaging the gears within. Avoid starting the water pump unless the sprinkler truck is using the front or rear spray modes (irregular running is not permitted, regardless of whether water is present). When not in use, first depress the clutch, then turn off the power take-off pneumatic switch to stop the pump, and then shut off the engine.
