The Refrigerated Truck’s Cargo Box is different from the normal lorry truck’s cargo box. The cargo box materials for refrigerated trucks are categorized into three types: fiberglass panels, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy. Fiberglass panels offer excellent thermal insulation and impermeability. Their composite panel structure is dense and void free, ensuring the refrigerated truck's insulation effectiveness. Additionally, rigid polyurethane foam features large closed cells and strong water resistance, further enhancing the box's waterproofing performance. Stainless steel material provides outstanding corrosion resistance and strength, making it suitable for various harsh environments. However, its cost is relatively high, and its greater weight may impact the truck's fuel efficiency and driving performance. Aluminum alloy is lightweight and corrosion resistant, helping reduce the overall weight of the refrigerated truck and improve fuel efficiency. However, aluminum alloy's thermal insulation properties may be inferior to fiberglass panels, requiring additional insulation measures. In summary, fiberglass panels emerge as the preferred choice for refrigerated truck bodies due to their superior thermal insulation, impermeability, ease of installation and cleaning, and robust corrosion resistance.

The cargo compartment of a refrigerated truck can be constructed using materials such as fiberglass panels, stainless steel, or aluminum alloy.
Standard delivery is 35–40 days. Customized models may require 45–50 days.
Refrigerated trucks are commonly used to transport frozen foods, dairy products, chemical products, vegetables and fruits, vaccines and pharmaceuticals, electronic products, flowers, and high end furniture.
