1. Prepare Material, Start To Production

Once you have completed your payment, please send us a bank slip. We can start production immediately without receiving payment, which can save 2-3 days of production time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Truck Chassis Finish Assembly Pictures

After truck chassis finish assembly work, we will send you the truck chassis different angles, details and chassis number picture. Then you can know your truck’s ID (chassis number), this ID reflected in the bill of lading and customs clearance documents.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Truck Finish Production Pictures

After truck chassis finish production, next is cargo box production. Finally we will test truck engine, driving, lamp and cargo box lifting etc. And will send you these test videos and pictures. Confirm truck no issue will arrange shipment.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Truck Ready For Delivery To Port Of Shipment Pictures

Before delivery truck to shipment port, will recheck truck, confirm all parts (tools box, spare tire etc) not miss. The trucks are cleaned and then sprayed with wax and greased to prevent corrosion and rust from seawater during transport.

 

 

5. Truck Arrived At Shipping Port, Waiting For Shipment

After truck arrived at shipping port, our port staff will recheck truck. Check the truck if have problems such as scratches, damage, etc. and deal with them promptly. Keep one key and send it to the customer via DHL Express with other documents to prevent losing all the keys when unloading the ship at the destination port.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6. Truck Loading Pictures

We will provide you with pictures of the TRUCK loading as soon as loading begins. By this time the truck is not far away from you.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

7. Pictures Of Trucks In Position Of Vessel

TRUCKMAN will put truck into inside of vessel, when all the cargo has been loaded, the upper hatch is covered. It effectively protects the truck from rust.
