1. Laser Cutting Machines.

 

As for now, our TRUCKMAN dump truck, cargo truck, mixer truck, tanker truck etc optional many different material, such as Q235 carbon steel, Q355 manganese steel, T700 high strength steel and HARDOX 450 wear-resistance steel. 2. Robotic Automatic Welding Technology.

 

After cutting steel with the laser machine, the next step is welding. A good welding technique not only makes the product look beautiful, but also ensures the welding quality and improves the service life of the product. 3. Shot Blasting Machine.

 

After the welding is completed, many factories will simply grind off the welding slag on the dump truck cargo body and then directly carry out the next step of spraying paint, which will reduce the adhesion of paint, resulting in paint peeling problems. And TRUCKMAN use shot blasting machine for sand blasting after the effect is obvious, can fully clean dump truck cargo body surface welding slag, so that after shot blasting big box surface is more smooth, more uniform, more beautiful to achieve higher quality requirements.

 

 

4. Electrostatic Coating Process.

 

The final step is the painting of the cargo box, where TRUCKMAN uses a more efficient powder electrostatic coating process. This process uses the electrostatic field at that time, the powder will be adsorbed on the surface layer of the workpiece in a balanced manner, forming a coating structure; the powder coating structure and then through the drying oven high temperature baking leveling and curing, into the final coating with different effects.
