1. South Sudan Customer Visit Our Factory And Check Trucks.

 

Our South Sudan customers have bought 2 pcs SINOTRUK HOWO dump truck from us, used to the sand transport and road construction work. Due to the business too busy, the customer can’t go to China by himself, so he ask his friend in Guangzhou city help him check dump truck. 2. Ghana Customer Visit Our Factory And Check His Truck.

 

Our Ghana customer find us from his friend, and he also do other import business from China. This time he flew from YIWU city to our city to do an inspection of the truck he purchased and sent pictures and video of the inspection to his end customer. Finally get customer confirmed, he give us all payment.

 

3. Ethiopia Customers Check Factory Before Place Order.

 

We had a meeting with our Ethiopia client in Addis Ababa city, who needed to purchase SINOTRUK HOWO 400HP cargo truck and drawbar trailer for transporting containers and agricultural products in large quantity. Since the customer didn't know us very well, he didn't co-operate with us. This time he came to China alone to check our factory, after three days of factory inspection and communication, the customer finally trusted us. The customer firstly purchased 5 sets of cargo truck and drawbar trailer as a trial order, and then started to purchase large quantities after making sure there is no problem.

 

4. Tanzanian Customers Visit The Company And Discuss Further Co-Operation.

 

Tanzania customers already bought 4 units SINOTRUK HOWO dump truck from us, this time he go to our city and want to discuss more business. We took our clients on a tour of the SINOTRUK, SHACMAN chassis assembly, cargo body production factory and also show our semi trailer factory. The customer has recorded an explanatory video for each factory to facilitate the introduction of us to his customers. Eventually we reached an agreement and the customer became our agent for trucks, semi-trailers and construction machinery in western Tanzania.

 

5. Nigeria Customers Check Factory Before Place Order.

 

We have been in contact with our Nigerian customer for over 5 years, during which time the customer has been enquiring about the price of our trucks but not placing an order. After our further enquiry, we learn that the customer didn't trust us too much, so we invited the customer to come to our company as well as our factory for factory inspection. After the factory inspection and our full explanation of the trucks specification, the customer canceled his concern.

 

Customers are more than welcome to visit our company as well as come to our factory for inspection before purchase. This will give both parties a better understanding, deepen trust and enhance co-operation.
