The log transport vehicle is suitable for operation within logging sites and on narrow forest roads; it features integrated log-cradle uprights, eliminates the need for a semi-trailer, and offers excellent maneuverability. It is capable of transporting logs ranging from 12 to 22 meters in length with a payload capacity of 30–40 tons, making it ideal for inter-regional transport between logging sites and processing plants. The vehicle utilizes a robust three-layer composite main beam (8+6+8 configuration) that offers high torsional rigidity, resists sagging, and withstands the impact of log loading and unloading without deformation. The main beam includes pre-drilled mounting holes to facilitate the installation of log cradles, winches, toolboxes, auxiliary fuel tanks, and water spray systems.

 

 

The BEIBEN log transport truck utilizes HANDE axles featuring imported FAG maintenance-free units; eliminating the need for periodic greasing saves significant maintenance time and substantially boosts vehicle uptime. A low gear ratio suits high-speed, standard-load express transport, while a high gear ratio is ideal for climbing in mountainous terrain; optional wheel-end reduction axles provide superior performance for heavy loads, rough roads, and steep inclines. Compared to standard axles, these offer 4% higher driveline efficiency and, when paired with a 12-speed transmission, help reduce fuel consumption.

 

 

Optional configurations for log transport trucks include: Log cradles—thickened U-shaped load-bearing saddles and foldable, detachable uprights (8mm+ thick) to prevent logs from rolling sideways. Securing systems—high-strength steel cables or hydraulic log grapples to prevent logs from shifting forward during sudden stops or rolling over during transit.
