Three months ago, a customer from Mauritania contacted us through our website inquiry. The customer wanted to purchase a dump truck chassis to pair with a dump truck cargo box for transporting earthwork, sand, and gravel. We then discussed the configuration, price, and lead time of the dump truck chassis with the customer. After that, we recommended the 6X4 430HP SHACMAN F3000 dump truck chassis to the customer. Considering the local working conditions in Mauritania, the chassis was equipped with a WEICHAI 430HP engine and 12.00R24 desert tires. Since the dump truck chassis fully met the customer's requirements, the customer placed an order shortly thereafter. We immediately arranged for production. One week ago, the trucks completed production, passed factory inspections, and are now ready to be loaded onto a ship for shipment to Mauritania. We will keep the customer updated on the shipping schedule and ensure a smooth delivery process.

Based on the heavy duty requirements of the dump truck chassis, the dump truck chassis is equipped with the WEICHAI brand 430HP engine. This powerful engine delivers strong torque and reliable performance, providing ample power for climbing sandy slopes in desert conditions. As a result, the truck can avoid getting stuck, maintain steady traction, and ensure high transportation efficiency even when fully loaded. Additionally, the WEICHAI engine is known for its durability and fuel efficiency, helping to reduce downtime and operating costs in harsh working environments.

In addition, the dump truck chassis is also fitted with 12.00R24 desert tires, which feature a unique mixed tread pattern. These tires are specifically designed for desert terrain, making them particularly well suited to the sandy conditions in Mauritania. The mixed tread design allows the chassis to travel smoothly across desert dunes, unpaved roads, and well maintained highways alike. This versatility ensures reliable traction on soft sand, reduces the risk of getting bogged down, and provides stable handling on hard surfaces. As a result, the vehicle can move efficiently between different job sites without the need for frequent tire changes, saving time and lowering operating costs.
Before loading the dump truck chassis onto the ship, we perform rust prevention treatment. Specifically, we spray a uniform layer of wax on the truck surface, which effectively minimizes the impact of the humid marine environment during transportation. This wax coating acts as a protective barrier against moisture and salt. In addition, after loading, we securely cover the dump truck chassis with tarpaulins. The tarpaulins not only prevent seawater from corroding the dump truck chassis but also prevent problems such as paint peeling caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight during long distance transportation, ensuring the truck remains in good condition upon arrival.
