A client from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) found our company online and wanted to purchase a cargo truck chassis for transporting goods. The chassis layout is compact, with the air tank internally housed within the frame, and the urea tank and fuel tank located on the same side, leaving ample space for modifications on both sides of the chassis and improving ease of modification. The axles employ a multi-leaf spring composite suspension, balancing load-bearing smoothness with passability on complex road conditions. A rear differential lock can be optionally installed to enhance the vehicle's ability to overcome difficult terrain.

 

 

The cargo truck chassis utilizes 13R22.5 tires featuring a high-strength steel bead structure and an optimized bead design, which significantly boost load-bearing capacity to easily handle extreme overloads and heavy-duty operating conditions while markedly enhancing bead durability. The high-strength carcass belt layers and a novel puncture-resistant crown belt design effectively mitigate the risks of bead separation and crown bursts under extreme loads, while offering superior impact resistance. Additionally, the widened tread pattern, combined with highly wear-resistant rubber compounds, effectively curbs irregular wear and substantially extends the tire's service life.
