A client from Cameroon found our company via Facebook, seeking an oil tanker for petroleum transport; they operate a local transport business responsible for delivering fuel from gas stations to mining sites. The tanker truck features a specialized, thickened, continuous main beam and closely spaced, reinforced cross-members to resist lateral instability caused by liquid sloshing. Standard mounting points are pre-configured on both sides of the main beam for the installation of the oil pump, fuel dispenser, tool box, auxiliary fuel tank, and static grounding reel. A full-metal underbody guard protects the fuel tank and piping from debris impact, effectively eliminating the risk of leaks and fires. It is equipped with a high-capacity aluminum alloy air reservoir, ensuring a stable air supply for the braking system while reducing the vehicle's overall weight.

 

 

The SHACMAN fuel tanker features a front-mounted exhaust pipe, a full-vehicle static grounding strap, conductive rubber tires, and anti-static piping. It is equipped with explosion-proof headlights and fog lights, and utilizes rigid metal piping throughout the fuel system to eliminate the risk of leaks associated with flexible hoses. The tank is constructed from thickened carbon steel (4–5 mm) and includes internal baffles to minimize fluid sloshing, thereby enhancing driving safety. An emergency shut-off valve is also installed, allowing for immediate fuel flow cutoff in emergencies to further ensure safety.
