This truck mounted crane is equipped with 12JS200T transmission, a 12-speed gearbox with 12 forward gears and 2 reverse gears. The gearbox has short axial dimensions and is lightweight, but has a high load carrying capacity and is able to withstand input torques of up to 2,000Nm. This design makes it particularly suitable for high load working conditions. All forward gears are equipped with double taper locking ring synchronizer, which are designed to effectively reduce shift forces, shorten synchronization times, and ensure easy shifting and reliable operation. The gearbox is simple in design, reliable in use and convenient in maintenance.

 

 

The truck mounted crane adopts a 600L fuel tank with large capacity, which can meet the requirements of long-distance transport, reduce the number of refueling times and save transport time. The fuel tank is made of aluminium alloy, which is lighter than the traditional iron fuel tank and meets the requirements of vehicle lightweight, helping to reduce the weight of the vehicle and reduce fuel consumption. Aluminium alloy fuel tank is not easy to rupture in the event of collision, strong deformation resistance, can effectively ensure the smooth supply of fuel, reduce fuel loss, improve the safety of vehicle operation.
