How To Maintain Dump Truck Lift Cylinder?

Change the hydraulic oil:

During the break-in period of the new car walk, the engine speed should be controlled between 1000-1500 rpm when lifting.

When the new car is lifted about 300 times, the hydraulic oil should be replaced and the hydraulic oil tank should be cleaned.

The high pressure oil pipe must be replaced every two years.

Check whether the hydraulic oil is discolored and deteriorated every week and replace it in time.

Clean and replace the filter element:

Check the oil return filter element and air filter element inside the hydraulic oil tank every half a month and clean them, and replace the filter element every half a year.

Lubrication:
